The Point Reyes National Seashore in Marin County, California is an absolute treasure. Miles of walking trails cross hills, through valleys, along beaches. These tree trunks, looking like swaying dancers (los bailadores), are along the banks of one of the major creeks running down to the Pacific. Higher in the hills, herds of elk roam in protected areas, and throughout there are many different kinds of deer.
