BRASSERIE LE REY
Every morning throughout Paris, restaurant staff paint the day's specials on their windows, always in the beautiful hand that only the French have. Today it is a "Piece de Boeuf", beef. I didn't stick around to see the rest of the dish's description -- there was just too much to see, smell, and taste in Paris that morning.
