LOOKING AT THE MAP, PARIS
Heading back to the 5th Arrondissement from a noon-time concert in the 18th, we had to change busses at Gare de l'Est. At the entrance to the metro station there, the prominent subway map begs perusal. But if you've ever studied the Paris metro map, it is a twisted net of different colored lines: pink, green, aqua, red, blue, orange, etc. I saw this woman's hair and nearly jumped out of my skin! How perfect a juxtoposition!
