LA TOUR DE LA NUIT #3, PARIS
Part of a series of images of the Eiffel Tower at dusk using a hand held camera and a slow shutter speed. Twisting the camera while the shutter is open creates a sweeping effect, the lights on the cars and the tower blurring into abstract streaks of light and color.
