LA TOUR DE LA NUIT #5, PARIS
Part of a series of images of the Eiffel Tower at dusk using a hand held camera and a slow shutter speed. Twisting and moving the camera while the shutter is open creates a sweeping effect, the lights on buildings and the tower blurring into abstract streaks of light and color. When the camera moves, the blinking LED lignts on the tower make little dots of light in the image.
