PIEDMONTESE VINEYARD

High in the Langhe Hills between Canelli and Alba in Italy's northwest region of Piedmont, grapes are the crop. In this region are grown some of the finest wine grapes, Nebbiolo, Arneis, Roero, Brachetto, Barbera, Dolcetto. We biked up through these hills in 90 degree heat, but the views made all the perspiration worth while!
