CORTON HILL AT STOLLER VINEYARD, OREGON
A cold December storm was working its way through Oregon when we wanted to go wine tasting. But Oregonians are not deterred by a little rain, so off we went to the Willamette Valley, southwest from Portland, to visit some wineries. As a fast-moving cold front moved through, a sudden fog developed, enshrouding the view from the tasting room at the Stoller Vineyards of the vines on the hillside. Within a few minutes the fog was gone and we went back to sampling some really exquisite Pinot Noir.
