GOLDFISH, BOIS DE BOULOGNE, PARIS
The walled Parc de Bagatelle in the Bois de Boulogne, west of the center of Paris, has a serpentine pond with bridges, waterfalls, lily ponds, and lots of goldfish. The Bagatelle is a genuine refuge within the city, a place we always like to go to whenever we are in Paris. At any time of year, the plantings are beautiful.
