Halibut Point Sky

HALIBUT POINT SKY

Halibut Point, at the tip of Cape Ann, the peninsula sticking out into the Atlantic north of Boston, is where boats would have to "haul about". Here the granite spills down to the ocean shore, both the natural water-eroded stone and the tailings of past granite quarrying. The sky is huge, and weather off the North Atlantic makes for some interesting effects.
